Tips for meditating:

-  Find a quiet time and area so as to not be disturbed

-  Make sure you are as comfortable as can be

-  Sit or lay in a position that "you" personally find comfortable

-  Pay attention to your breath as you listen

-  Consciously tell your mind to stop so that you can concentrate better

-  Be kind to yourself by having patience in what you want to achieve

-  Closing your eyes can help visualise better

-  Don't feel guilty for taking time for yourself
